C. Information Technology and applications:
- Platforms: hardware, software, networks
- Applications: packages, Expert information systems, Management information systems, data warehouses, decision support systems, etc.
- Telematic services (e-commerce, distance education, telemedicine)
- Information System as a tool for poverty alleviation, rural telephony, community telecenters, etc.
- Information System as a tool for knowledge management
