Location services

The provision of tiered data centre floorspace that is highly resiliant, environmentally controlled and secured for the hosting of IT infrastructure. Customers may chose from a number of service options, ranging from single location hosting through to our virtualised data centre service, spanning multiple locations linked by our high bandwidth MPLS network. Servers and storage may be virtualised across locations, to provide the highest levels of availability.

Enterprise monitoring services

The provision of remote centralised monitoring for IT services that are important to the smooth running of the business. Using our combined toolset and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, failing or failed devices can be rapidly identified and remedial action initiated, often before the business is aware of a problem.
